There are many ways to find content in the Digital Collections. The Collections option allows you to choose a specific collection to view, while the Items option allows you to view all items in the repository, regardless of what collection they belong to. Each list of items, whether accessed by collection or in the Items view, has filters on the left side of the display that will narrow the list of results to those that contain the selected information.

You can also search the collections using the search box. Search terms will be returned from the metadata and full text of the object where they appear. If you wish to search a string, use quotation marks. There is also a search option within collections when they are selected from the Collections option; this searches only within the specific collection that’s being viewed. An advanced search feature is available beneath the search bar, which you can use to search by keywords, within the Title, Description, or Publisher of Original fields, and refine the search results by date and a selection of filters.
